The problem

At a busy main branch, something as simple as transferring or carrying over an order for a cashier gets complicated fast — most off-the-shelf POS tools assume a single till with no other branch to coordinate with.

The result

A working POS built to prove the multi-branch model out — ready for a real rollout, not just a mock-up.

What we built

  • Two deployment modes from the same app: fully local for a single branch, or connected to a central server for multi-branch sync
  • Barcode scan plus a quick-code field, category filters tuned for a real menu, and live stock on every product tile
  • Shift open/close with a per-cashier cash-drawer trail, and table tax + VAT calculated separately on the invoice
  • Built and proven as a working desktop system — ready to roll out to a live multi-branch operation
